Redesign the user experience of their Admissions Website

Art directed and led the comprehensive redesign of the USC Undergraduate Admissions Website and Marketing Collateral for the 2013–2017 semesters. With over 1,500 unique URLs and pages, the primary objective for the website was to simplify and optimize the user experience. By restructuring the site’s architecture, we ensured seamless navigation across four key categories—First-Year Students, Transfer Students, Counselors, and Alumni/Parents/Visitors—making it intuitive and accessible for diverse audiences. This thoughtful reorganization helped users quickly find the information they needed, enhancing overall engagement and conversion rates.

The second phase of the project involved a complete rebrand of the admissions collateral system, including the redesign of the admit pack and eight distinct admissions brochures. Each piece was carefully crafted to align with the updated digital experience while embodying the university's brand identity. The following images showcase just a few examples of the innovative design solutions we implemented to elevate the USC admissions experience across both digital and print platforms.
