Poster designs I created and distributed for the Women’s March in January 2017 that marchers carried from the streets of Los Angeles to Washington DC. It is an amalgamation of 3 symbols—Human Rights (Dove), Female, and the Equal Rights symbols. They are intertwined to show unity, to signify that one is not subordinate to the other and that we are indeed #stronger and #better, #together.

The hashtags #WomensRightsAreHumanRights, #StrongerTogether, #ImStillWithHer, #RiseUp, #SpeakUp, and #TakeFlight were chosen deliberately to capture the essence of the movement. Each phrase is a call to action, a reminder that our collective efforts can create lasting change. Through design, I aimed not only to contribute to the visual identity of the march but also to amplify its powerful message: that we will keep pushing forward, fighting for equality and peace, and supporting one another every step of the way.
